As a company, we operate an Incident and Injury Free Policy. All operatives are required to wear personal protective clothing and equipment when working. We are members of The Construction Health and Safety Group and are CHAS accredited.
All operatives and staff have been assessed under the CSCS scheme and carry skill-cards appropriate to their grades. All site based operatives have attended mobile tower training, asbestos awareness, abrasive wheel, working at hieght and first aid training.
All contracts are subject to regular internal health and safety inspections and the larger sites are independently audited on our behalf. We issue regular safety bulletins to our staff in order to reinforce current safety issues.
We are proud of our clean record in health and safety and work hard to maintain it.
Obviously, to maintain a client base as we have, we must be doing something right.
Whilst we are not accredited to any quality standard, we do operate to a quality plan. This means that we are not set to strict rules but can change and adapt our plan to suit the requirements of each individual client.
Our pricing and tendering procedures ensure transparency which enables the client to see that all works, as far as possible are included within our price and so there should be no nasty surprises. Obviously, as variations occur, we endeavor to keep the client up to date with the financial side of the project at all times.
All our operatives are highly trained thereby ensuring that the quality of the finished project, or job, is as high as possible.
Detailed job specific quality plans can be produced which help to ensure satisfactory completion of projects.
We endeavor to create a working partnership between the company, our work force and our clients to our mutual benefit.
We have been assessed and accredited by CHAS, Constructionline and EXOR.
We regularly review all our operatives training requirements in order to ensure that we are providing the best service to our clients.
We have two CORGI trained gas engineers who are regularly assessed under the ACS scheme in both domestic and non domestic gas services.
All operatives are PASMA mobile tower trained, first aid trained, abrasive wheel trained and all have completed an asbestos awareness course. We have carried out un-vented hot water systems training and all operatives as well as managerial and technical staff have undergone CSCS safety training and carry Skill Cards.
